Recent Results

Christina M. Rimkus practices in the areas of personal injury law, business law, and construction law. She has mediated, arbitrated and tried several cases, including jury trials, involving issues of torts and contract enforcement. Her practice consists of representation of clients in personal injury matters including automobile accidents, premises liability (trip/slip and fall), wrongful death, elder abuse and product liability, and she represents clients in the construction industry with issues involving contract interpretation and enforcement, including litigation of surety obligations, developer-contractor disputes, contractor-subcontractor disputes, lien law and licensing issues.

Ms. Rimkus is admitted to practice before all California State courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association and Consumer Attorney of America. She received her juris doctor from Willamette University College of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Truman State University.
