Christina M. Rimkus practices in the areas of personal injury law, business law,
and construction
law. She has mediated, arbitrated and
tried several cases, including jury trials, involving issues of
contract interpretation and torts. She represents clients in the
business and construction industry with issues involving
contract interpretation and enforcement, including litigation
and surety obligations, developer-contractor disputes,
contractor-subcontractor disputes, lien law, licensing issues
and breach of insurance contract and bad faith. Her tort
practice consists of representation of clients regarding matters
involving real estate fraud and conspiracy, and in personal
injury matters including automobile accidents, premises
liability (trip/slip and fall), wrongful death, elder abuse,
medical malpractice and product liability.
Ms. Rimkus is admitted to practice before all California state
courts and the United States District Court for the Southern
District of California and is a member of the State Bar of
California, the San Diego County Bar Association and Consumer
Attorney of America. She received her juris doctor from
Willamette University College of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts
in Political Science from Truman State University.
