Recent Results

David S. Demian practices in the areas of business litigation, business law and construction law. Mr. Demian's practice includes advising clients on regulatory issues, corporate structuring and operational issues, as well as the mediation and litigation of disputes. His experience includes organization, incorporation, compliance and licensing of dozens of entities; litigation of construction and business disputes, including bond claims and mechanic's lien foreclosures, and general corporate counseling for construction industry clients. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Demian gained significant corporate law experience serving as Legal Director of a telecommunications company.

Mr. Demian is admitted to practice before all California State courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District. He is a member of the State Bar of California; the San Diego County Bar Association and Harvard Club of San Diego. He received his juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University. While at Harvard, Mr. Demian captained the school's basketball team to its best record since 1946.
